Less than a mile from Brazos County Expo Center, 4 miles to Health Science Center/Easterwood Airport, 10-12 minutes to TAMU or downtown Bryan, 3 miles to RELLIS campus. This lovely home belonged to our grandmother and it is our pleasure to have you as a guest on our family property. We will strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This is a single family home with no other occupants in the house during your rental period. Call us with any questions. NO PARTIES AND NO PETS ALLOWED.

Summary: We were in town for an event at the Brazos Expo Center, and this location was only 2 minutes away. It turned out to be not only a great location, but a very charming home with a neat family history. We had a problem with the propane tank - empty, but probably due to the extreme cold we had around Christmas, not an oversight on the part of the hosts - and the hosts were very responsive and helpful in getting the tank refilled the next day. We would definitely stay at this property again!
