Cottontail Cottage's entire house makeover includes a completely renovated and updated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, a chic, stylish living area with a Smart TV, two modern and luxe bathrooms, hardwood flooring throughout, a centrally heated and cooled basement complete with a ping pong table, and a beautifully landscaped fenced-in back yard complete with a fire pit and private deck.
Travelers needing to work remotely during their stay will also have access to high-speed internet with speeds starting at 200 Mbps. Cable TV and streaming options like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime are also available for guests to log in to. Lower Level- Heated and cooled basement with a ping pong table and a washer/dryer; single-car garage.
Outdoors- Back deck with a gas grill and outdoor dining table with seating for 6; Fenced-in backyard with an outdoor fire pit. The parking area allows space for 3-4 small cars.
Please note: There is ongoing construction across the street from Cottontail Cottage. This house is dog-friendly, with a $100.00 non-refundable fee per dog (maximum of two). Sorry, this home is not cat-friendly due to common allergies.
