Brand new and very welcoming cottage with private swimming pool, situated in a rural area of natural beauty, offering a peaceful and quiet surrounding to enjoy your holidays in complete relaxation and privacy. The house is composed of a large living area, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary electrical appliances and dishwasher, two bedrooms and bathroom with shower.
The completely independent house is surrounded by a splendid landscape of rocks, trees and Mediterranean bush. The interior is composed of a large bright and nicely furbished living area where you can find a very comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a functional kitchen peninsula, a very cosy sleeping area composed of a main bedroom with a large double bed and a second bedroom with bunk bed (the lower is a double bed) and a bathroom with shower. Outside are a large patio with a gas fueled barbecue, ideal to have an outdoor dinner, enjoying the fresh air of the evening. The swimming pool is 9 x 4.5 m large and is equipped with a salt hydrolysis system which guarantees an efficient water cleaning and filtering. Summary: Lived up to the add and the owner was very helpful. Even though it’s a bit away from everywhere and the drive there is on rocky roads it was more than weighed up by the beautiful house and surroundings. Very tranquil and nice having no nearby neighbors. Highly recommendable.
