3 Bedroom Cabin in Hope

15 feet from the deck to the water, and only 10 miles to the ocean, this is a one kind cottage on the very exclusive Alford Lake! Enjoy the fresh water at your doorstep or take a quick drive to the beautiful Maine coast. This cottage offers first-floor living... with combined kitchen, dining and living room as well as a bedroom, full bathroom, and laundry all on the first floor. Upstairs you'll find two more bedrooms, another bathroom and the very special "bunk room"! A great space for kids, the bunk room has couches, movies, and 4 built-in beds. Recently renovated and designed to with the traditional Maine "camp" in mind this cottage is the perfect family getaway or multi-family retreat. We prefer Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals but shorter stays that can be booked less than a month out if the cottage is available. Additionally, this is intended to be a summer use cottage, but as the cottage is adjacent to the snowmobile trail and on a great ice fishing lake, we will entertain winter rentals upon request. Please note: with the recent renovation we are still in the process of taking updated pictures. Some of the pictures you'll see are pre-renovation and some are process pictures, we will be updating all the pictures as the Maine winter allows!
