Summary: The property is wonderfully situated close enough to all the beaches that you are under a five minute ride. Close enough to some of the best restaurants. The area has to offer again within a 5 to 10 minute ride. The only thing I would suggest is that they bring in some chairs for the living room. There was definitely not enough seating, if you have more than three people. Wonderful place to stay if they increase the seating arrangements we would definitely stay again.
