Situated on Lowney Lake in White Lake, Ontario, this renovated one bedroom cottage is located 40 mins from Kanata. There is also a comfy double size futon and sofa bed. Sleeps up to 6 people. Private Deck, BBQ, floating dock, small beach area and fire pit. Kayaks, paddle boat and his/her mountain bikes are available for your use. This is a quiet, motor-free lake with lake views from all windows There are 2 cottages on the property side by side but living areas face opposite directions of the lake as it is situation on a small peninsula. Both have private BBQs, firepit and decks. Only one cottage is for rent at this time however. Note that dogs are not permitted without speaking with the owner as there are free range chickens located on the property. Guests love the unique interaction with the hens as they are very friendly and love treats. They stay on the other side of the property from that cottage but dogs don't tend to make friends with them. Included: - The use of a paddle boat, mountain bikes, kayak and canoe are available with many sizes of life jackets at your disposal - Bedding for main bedroom - Face cloths, hand towels, hair dryer & hand soap in bathroom - All kitchen appliances, many small appliances, dishes, cookware and utensils. An array of spices is also available. - Water cooler (water from the drilled well is potable however) - Keurig coffee machine - Dish soap & cleaning supplies - 3 rolls of bathroom tissue - BBQ with Propane - A/C in bedroom (fans available if required) - Wi-Fi Not included / what to bring: - Bedding & pillows for the sofa bed and futon - Beach towels - Water for water cooler, if desired - Keurig coffee pods - Extra bathroom tissue - Fishing rods/tackle - Bug spray / after bite - Shampoo, Condition & body wash/soap - Wood for fire pit Available from Sunday (check-in 3pm) to Sunday (check-out 12pm) through May 1 to October 15, 2017.
