Our holiday home is officially registered with the Tourist Office Alicante / Valencia as a holiday rental (Reg-Nr. VT-471143-A).

The detached house on the Costa Blanca in the village Deveses, near Denia (12km) is located in a quiet area and invites you to relax with its large outdoor area (400m ²). With unobstructed views of nature and mountain views, rest is guaranteed. After only 350m you will reach the fine and wide sandy beach of Deveses. The beach and the sea in Deveses are very gently sloping and thus ideal for families with children. Parking is always available right in front of the door, a time-consuming search for parking is thus eliminated.
The house is fully equipped and has two bedrooms with air conditioning, a bathroom and a living and dining area including a very well equipped kitchen.
WLAN (included in the rent) and satellite TV (German & Spanish) are also available. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets, shutters and grids.
Even in the winter months, the sun can be enjoyed the entire day on the property. As you can see from the pictures there are no large / tall buildings in the area that obstruct the view or cast shadows on the plot. The site with a view of the mountains is not developed (green zone / nature reserve).
If it should be colder, the fireplace (wood firing) and / or the in-house infrared heating (in all rooms) will generate the necessary heat. The built-in fireplace insert is designed to optimally supply the entire house with heat.
The air conditioners in the bedrooms have a heating function.
Outside there are two tables, plenty of seating, 4 chairs, umbrellas and a charcoal grill. There is also an awning in the patio area, which can provide the necessary shade if necessary.
A large communal pool can be reached after only 80m. *** From 2020 additional private pool on the property (8x4m images will follow in January 2020) ***
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our manager (speaks German, English, Spanish) and sent to our holiday home. If you have any problems or questions, please contact the manager during your stay.

The kitchen will be completely redone in April 2020, a dishwasher will then be available.
Ample parking is available directly in front of the house. Due to the quiet location, a time-consuming search for a parking space is not necessary.

Shops, restaurants and supermarkets are plentiful between a distance of 500m and 5km.
Even in the summer months, the beach of Deveses is not crowded, but moderately frequented. There is always enough space, as there are no hotel castles / bed bunkers in this section.
The city of Denia with its beautiful old town and the marina can be reached after about 12km.
