Located on a 15,000sqft lot offering ample green space and privacy and kiddy corner to Lac Lovering. Enjoy your private gatherings without any neighbours behind and plenty of privacy all around. There is a massive outdoor dining space, BBQ, Fire pit, Volleyball/Badminton net, and hot tub available for your recreational enjoyment. The cottage is located less than 10mins from downtown Magog, in the heart of the beautiful Eastern Townships region.
Only 1h40min from Montreal, 2h45min from Quebec city, 6 hour drive from New York city, 3h45 drive min from Boston and just 30 minutes from the Vermont USA border and Stanstead.
