At the heart of the vineyards of Bordeaux, this cottage located 4 km from the citadel of Blaye, will charm you both by its beauty, its calm and its environment.
Halfway between Bordeaux and St Emilion, 15 minutes from Braud St Louis and only 30 minutes from the beaches of Royan and Medoc via the ferry.
Close to all amenities (shopping center, restaurants, sports hall, cinema, bike path ...) this place is adapted and equipped for families as well as for workers on the move. This haven of peace is located in the center of the small village of St Paul, far from the hustle and bustle, you will find yourself in the middle of old stones and nature in a building dating from the 18th century.
