This Ontario cottage rental is located on Big Cedar Lake, approximately 15 minutes north of Lakefield and approximately 15 minutes south of Apsley. The interior features an open living, eating and kitchen area all with windows overlooking the lake and three bedrooms behind. A deck overlooking the lake runs the length of the cottage and is also connected to the rustic lakeside bunkie. The lot is relatively flat and grassy and there is a small sandy beach on shore for very young children to play. It is sandy until waist deep where it turns to silty/muddy bottom. The cottage has many water toys- see features section of the listing and the water is approximately 5 feet deep at the end of the dock. Some weeds in some areas off the shoreline. Some short weeds over waist deep, but mostly weed free otherwise. For deeper swimming, you can take one of the watercraft further out into the lake. This is a lovely spot with lots of shoreline and water toys to enjoy the lake or have an evening lakeside campfire or fall asleep to the lapping of the wave at the lakeside bunkie.
