With its masterful blend of traditional touches and modern convenience, there’s plenty of room (7BR/7BA) for all to gather while still having plenty of personal space. With true low-country styling, from the tabby exterior to the rocking chair front porch, this family-friendly cottage features three levels of comfortable accommodations. The main living space is on the second level and includes a formal living room with a welcoming fireplace and a plush couch and easy chairs situated on a beautiful Oriental rug. Across the hall, is the dining room with seating for eight and a spacious serving buffet. The modern well-equipped kitchen, is located nearby and features granite counter-tops with gas range, double ovens, and ice maker! Your favorite spot in the house lies just beyond the kitchen - the air-conditioned sunroom – which features tabby flooring, a wall of windows offering views of the back yard, and an assortment of wicker furnishings and flat screen TV. There is also a dining table for informal meals. The spacious master suite is also on this main level, with king bed, sitting area, and private bath offering his-and-hers sinks, shower, and separate tub. There is direct access from the suite into the sunroom as well, for your morning coffee! Downstairs await three bedrooms with ensuite baths and a spacious den, with pool table. The casual furnishings in the den are perfect for watching the large flat screen television. On the third level are three additional bedrooms, each with bath, and each featuring their own charms. One holds a 4-poster bed while another showcases a fireplace. Throughout the cottage numerous windows create a light-filled ambiance that is warm and welcoming. A final gathering place is the tabby patio, just outside the kitchen. With a casual dining table set beneath magnolias and palms, it is perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon cocktail. All these amenities and at an amazing location - just one block (less than 5 min.walk) to the beautiful sand beach of Sea Island! Pet friendly. Limit One dog - less than 100 lbs. No cats. Lessee Card fees are per person (parent/s) and include two (2) unmarried dependent children, per family, under the age of 26. A minimum of two (2) Adult cards ($300) per cottage is required and fee will be charged to the sponsoring Member's account. Rental tenants over the age of six (6) will be issued a Lessee Access Card. Example, a family of 5 with two adults and 3 children under 26 will be charged the following on a daily basis: $150 per adult per day, nothing for 2 of the 3 children (under 26) and $40 for the 3rd child under 26.
