A large and spacious 3-bedroom bungalow in the coastal village of Praa Sands, Cornwall.
Located in the Parish of Breage just of the main route (A394) between Helston and Penzance, Praa Sands is an excellent base location for long sunny days on the beach or exploring the South West and the many delights that Cornwall has to offer by foot, bus or car.
Including well known spots such as St Michaels Mount, Lands’ End, St Ives and the Eden Project but there are so many more adventures to be had exploring the rest of Cornwall!
Coth Sol has a spacious and bright open plan lounge/kitchen area with patio doors leading out onto the decking area.
Both the kitchen and lounge have all you need for that ‘stay at home feel’ after a day on the beach or exploring Cornwall.
The kitchen has modern appliances such as electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
In the lounge you will find plenty of seating for everyone, dining table, large digital TV and DVD player. Wi-fi is also available at no extra charge. Heating and electric costs are included in the price of your holiday.
With 3-bedrooms the bungalow comfortably sleeps 6 people. There is one double room with en-suite shower, and two twin rooms each containing two single beds. All 3-bedrooms have ample storage for clothes and belongings, with bedside cabinets and wardrobes. All bed linen is provided (and cots are available on request) There is also a main bathroom with shower, towels are provided (1 hand towel & 1 bath towel per guest)
To the rear is a large and private enclosed garden/decked area, a secure area for children and pets to play safely. For relaxing and alfresco dining in the sunshine there is patio furniture and a BBQ for you to enjoy! To the front there is private parking for two cars.
Coth Sol has great access to the beautiful mile long Praa Sands beach and from here it is easy to join the South West Coastal Path in either direction.
The beach is perfect for enjoying early morning walks, lazing in the sun, playtime in the sand or exploring the rockpools. Also, a popular location for surfing and paddle boarding. The beach offers a lifeguard service which runs seasonally at different times through the year.
In Praa Sands there is a small post office and shop, larger supermarkets such as Tesco or Sainsburys are only a 10-15-minute drive away in Penzance or Helston.
