Positive: Perfect location near bus stop, metro and markets. 10 min walk to Opera and 20 min walk to Louvre. The apartment is small but with everything you need. Leila the host was very nice and attentive!!
Negative: The one drawback is sliding bathroom door that should be changed to the one with a lock. I felt no privacy.
