Summary: Wir haben unseren Urlaub abbrechen müssen und sind heute nach Hause zurückgekehrt. Im Buchungsformular und nochmal telefonisch im Vorfeld der Anreise haben wir ausdrücklich auf meine Duftstoffallergie hingewiesen und die Gastgeber gebeten bei der Wäsche keine Weichspüler zu benutzen. Dieses Anliegen wurde nicht berücksichtigt. Neben dem Schlafzimmer waren mehrere angebrochene bzw. gebrauchte Farbeimer deponiert gewesen. Der Geruch der Farben/Azeton ist durch die Schlitzen und Lüftungsgitter der Tür in das Schlafzimmer durchgedrungen. Die Unterkunft war dürftig ausgestattet. Keine Badetücher, nur 2 kleine schlecht gereinigte Handtücher pro Person erhalten. Warmes Wasser wurde um 15.00h abgestellt, Spinnen im Kühlschrank/ Gemüsefach, Fernsehgerät in Größe eines Laptopbildschirms, schmieriges verstaubtes Geschirr.... Die Wohnung liegt an einer geräuschintensiven Durchgangsstraße, was auf dem Buchungsportal nicht ersichtlich war. Es tut uns Leid Ihnen das mitteilen zu müssen und sind auf Ihre Rückmeldung gespannt.
