The house (Masía) has recently been stylishly restored. It offers spacious rooms with large and long windows. Fully furnished with central heating, 2 lounges with TV, large dining room, 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms.
Ground floor - large vaulted rooms; a games room with fireplace, large room with ping-pong table, bathroom with shower and bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 double bed.
1st floor - 2 bedrooms - 1 with double bed and the other with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub and walk in shower. Kitchen with fireplace and access to a terrace with great views, large dining room, living room with large sofa-bed, TV and access to the terrace, utility room.

15kms to the best beaches and coves of l´Emporda. L'Escala 15 minutes. Quiet location with several golf courses and pitch
putt courses between 10 and 40kms. Sant Martí d'Empúries, L'Escala, Sant Pere Pescador, Roses are all within a short distance (15kms).
At Ca L’Esclop you can spend days resting, reading a good book, going for a swim in the pool, strolling through the countless corners of nearby villages, enjoying the river Ter that surrounds us, visiting the coast and fishing villages.
