Cosmo Villa is the the home you've been searching for. Located in the heart of Davenport and just a few minutes away from Championsgate, I-4 and even Walt Disney World you can enjoy convenience and the comfort of you're perfect vacation home.
Upon entering the home the open floor plan is inviting with its spacious floor plan allowing you to stretch out and unpack with ease. The dining room and seating area is shared to the left of the entrance and the laundry room, spare bathroom and staircase are to the right. You will also find the game room located in the garage perfect for letting your competitive side come out to play!
The kitchen includes additional seating with bar stools and an addition dining table. With high ceilings and windows surrounding the living room you can enjoy the room while watching sports, chatting or enjoying your favorite show. The downstairs master king suite is on adjacent to the living room. It also features it's own ensuite with a stand-up shower, garden tub and double sinks.
The pool deck is the perfect spot to enjoy your time with lounge chairs, seating, a greenery view and an oversized pool.
Upstairs are the remaining bedrooms and a hallway bathroom. The two twin bedrooms each hosting two twin beds inside are to the right and the queen ensuite is to the left.

COVID CLEANING PRECAUTIONS: As an abundance of caution, Covid-19 safety measures are thoroughly implemented & practiced in this home. Licensed and professional cleaners enter each property to thoroughly clean and sanitize the entirety of the home. As a two-step measure, our Florida Spirit staff go into the home after our cleaners to sanitize high-touch areas for a second time and to fill out our mandatory and detailed checklist for home cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance. This is to ensure the home is properly cleaned up to CDC recommended standards and is ready for each guests' arrival. In addition, each pool is treated weekly with chlorine and chemicals to kill bacteria and to also keep the PH balances at the proper levels.

Summary: The rental company made the process go smoothly, from detailed emails to check out procedures. The home was spacious and the pool was clean and clear. The neighborhood was guarded and gated and the resort pool and hot tub were also very nice. We felt safe there. The beds and pillows, however were very uncomfortable. The TV room couches were not comfy either. Had some problems getting the TV to work. The outside of the home had damaged lights, glass and beer bottle caps, as well as a damaged pool cover sticking out the bottom of the garage. So, that didn’t make a good first impression. Strong smell of smoke in the garage where the pool table is. My family enjoyed playing pool despite that. The drive from here to universal took close to an hour, which was much more than expected. I thought the home was only 15 miles from universal, but it’s actually 27 miles( traffic was terrible). Publix is only 3 miles from the home. Nice movie theater near by as well. Overall, our family of 6 had a good stay, but we would choose something closer next time and with comfortable beds. Bring your own pillows if you decide to rent his home.
