Thoughtfully furnished with your comfort and warmth in mind, Cornish Pearl is ideal for a family of six + baby or for couples who are wishing to have that special break away. The Cornish Pearl is a popular holiday home for people who are getting married in the town or if you are special invited guests as the house is spacious enough for all those extra special items for a special day Please note that if you are requiring a property for larger families Cornish Pearl is available to rent with 5 StIves that is situated next door. Both houses sleep 6 people and cot and there is parking available for two cars
The town house is based over three floors with the sitting room, dining area, kitchen and utility area being on the ground floor, two bedrooms, the family bathroom and separate WC and washbasin on the second floor and the wonderfully light loft room is on the third floor. Cornish Pearl comes with its own private car parking space that is directly opposite the house and is very accessible
Accommodation consists of living space with comfortable seating for adults and children. There is a TV/ Smart DVD player with Netflix and other apps, gas fire. The dining area seats comfortably 6/8 people around the table table with four chairs and bench. There are games, books and DVD's for all to enjoy should the weather be inclement.
