This is the perfect location if you like to shop and dine in Banner Elk, Boone, Blowing Rock, Valle Crucis. In winter....just 15-20 min drive Ski at Sugar or Beach Mountain, Tube at Hawksnest. Summer time pools, tubing, rafting, hiking, outdoor concerts. All towns and attractions just around 10-20 minutes to each of these locations. Grocery and gas 5 min.
Condo is newly built and decorated to the max. There are 2 Master Suites with King bed and bathroom and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds with full bathroom.
