Enjoy the Moab outdoors in our spacious 3 bedroom (plus loft), and 2.5 bathroom townhome. Conveniently located just 6 minutes from downtown Moab, this pet-friendly getaway offers ideal all-season access to all of the area activities.
This fully-modern and like-new residence features a fully-stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, dining room and enclosed patio with gas grill. The Rim Village Vista development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (heated late March - late October), hot tubs (heated year round), tennis court and playground.
The residence offers a two-car garage for parking and bike storage, and there is plenty of off street parking for trailers etc.

PETS: If you are traveling with a pet there is a $40/night pet fee (Max $250). Only dog(s) are permitted in our properties and the breeds, number of dogs must be disclosed before you check in. Please be responsible and pick up after your pet! Pets are NOT ALLOWED on beds and furniture and they can NOT be left unattended to roam through the unit. If you are planning to leave them while you're out for the day, proper crating is required. Please plan ahead! As a confirmed guest, and by allowing your dog on the property, you agree to be FULLY FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE for any damage caused by your pet. Extra cleaning fees will be charged if there is excessive dog hair and/or dog waste left by guests.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during Jeep Week).
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Summary: This is located on the south side of the town just off the main road. Most of the rentals and motels are along this main drag. It seemed perfect for us. They had a basketball court, tennis/pickleball court (well, we used tape to outline the pickleball), and a pool. The unit was great. kitchen and beds and baths were all great. The garage was large enough for 2 cars or one care and a side-by-side. The barbeque grill was good (had to light w/ lighter). The unit was clean. It did smell a bit of smoke upon arrival which was the one regret. The master bed was very comfy. The master shower was nice as well. Kitchen had pretty much all you need for basic cooking and such. However, the restaurants in town were great too. We just did breakfasts and sometimes lunch prep at the condo. The patio was really nice in early morn or evening with a good backdrop view of the mountains.
