Sheboygan's South Pier is a 45-acre parcel of land at the confluence of the Sheboygan River and Lake Michigan (formerly owned by the C. Reiss Coal Company). Over 100 years of industries made their home on this peninsula from ship building, lumber storage and manufacturing to bulk storage of coal, petroleum, salt and fertilizers. Today the peninsula has been redevloped to become the go-to spot in Sheboygan. From the great restaurants and shops to an old fashioned ice cream parlor and mini golf South Pier has it all. Located directly on the River Walk, expect to find unique restaurants, shops and attractions up and down the riverfront. Often dubbed "The Malibu of the Midwest" enjoy Lake Michigan sunrises, beaches and even watching the surfers take on the big lake.

South Pier is a 45-acre parcel of land at the confluence of the Sheboygan River and Lake Michigan (formerly owned by the C. Reiss Coal Company). Over 100 years of industries made their home on this peninsula from ship building, lumber storage and manufacturing to bulk storage of coal, petroleum, salt and fertilizers. Today the peninsula has been redeveloped to become the go-to spot in Sheboygan. Enjoy almost 1700 square feet of living space all on one floor which is unique to other condos in the district. Once you enter the unit your eyes will immediately go to the river and lake facing windows that bring copious amounts of natural light into the condo. The large kitchen offers granite countertops, breakfast bar seating for up to 5 and every appliance, utensil, pot and pan one would need to cook a great meal at home. The kitchen is stocked with oil, spices, salt, pepper and service for up to eight guests. A complimentary coffee bar with both keuring and drip coffee service is provided along with hot tea, honey, cream and sugar. There is dining room table with seating for up to six guests along with a buffet next to the dining room table.
Just past the dining room table is a sliding glass door that brings you to the second floor balcony overlooking the Sheboygan River and Riverwalk with views of Lake Michigan to the east. Seating for six can be found on the balcony.
Back inside and into the living room you will enjoy leather seating for you and your guests facing the gas fireplace and 50" streaming television. A desk can also be found in the living room with an office chair along with a full size 64-game arcade to test your skill at some nostalgic games. A small buffet in the living room is stocked with board games and puzzles for the days you just want to stay inside and enjoy the space.
The bedrooms consist of the master bedroom with ensuite master bath complete with jacuzzi tub and separate walk in shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser with mirror, a walk in closet and soft leather seating along with streaming 42" television. You will enjoy views of Lake Michigan from all bedrooms in this condo and the master is no exception. The second bedroom features a king sized bed, dresser with mirror, closet and streaming 42" television. The third bedroom offers two twin extra long beds and streaming 42" television.
A second full bathroom can be found in the hallway between the second and third bedrooms. Both bathrooms are stocked with all your linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion along with bar and hand soap. Both bathrooms feature granite countertops.
What's on South Pier close to the condo? One of the best parts of this location is you can literally walk your vacation. A seasonal old fashioned ice cream parlor is our next door neighbor and just down the street to the east is award winning Italian cuisine and a mini-golf course. Sand beaches from Lake Michigan are a five minute walk across the peninsula away and we have a wagon, toys and chairs to bring with you to the beach. Don't worry, we even have the beach towels. Head west on South Pier, cross the 8th Street Bridge, and walk the board walk on the opposite side of the river. Here you will find more shops, a funky coffee shop and award winning BBQ at Parker John's BBQ & Pizza. (Live music every Sunday afternoon Memorial to Labor Day). We are in walking distance to downtown (more shops and restaurants), the marina and so much more. New in 2023-the multi-year renovation of South Pier has been completed. Take a nice stroll out into the big lake, a five minute walk from the condo.
