Summary: Overall the property met all our expectations. Unfortunately the washing machine did not work. The Stayz.com contact was not helpful but the owner went above and beyond to ensure our washing was done. Instructions for the various appliances would have been useful!Malmesbury is a beautiful little village, with interesting shopping, plenty of dining options, and friendly locals.Not sure if 'communication with the property manager' refers to the owner, but our star rating is for the owner.
