Positive: Clean and spacious. can comfortably house a family of 4 or even 5. Everything in the house was functional, and you could easily cook your own food if that's your thing, and dine or enjoy an evening drink or early morning coffee in the balcony with the beatufil view of the marina and the tranquil waters of the south Euboean gulf. The balcony is shaded at all times of the day, so it's really the highlight of the apartment. I received straight forward instructions with the owner ahead of time, and he was kind enough to help me out over the phone when I couldn't find the lock box. Overall, great family friendly place if you want something quiet without being too far away from the plaza and marina.
Negative: This isn't the fault of the owner or the appartment, but getting to the place is a bit of an uphill walk, so, if you don't have a car and are not in great shape or have any physical impediment or are simply not very fond of walking uphill under the sun, keep that in mind. It's not a remarkable distance, and most people will have no problem whatsoever, just letting people who would have a problem know.
