As you enter Coral Sunsets, you are greeted with warm coastal vibes and an open concept floor plan with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. The two guest bedrooms and guest bath are located near the front of the home, the first bedroom offering a brand new comfortable double bed. The second guest bedroom offers a twin over a full bunk bed and a 40-inch smart tv and DVD player. The guest bath located in between the two guest bedrooms offers a shower tub combo and spacious single vanity with granite countertops.
As you venture down the hall you will find the gorgeous open concept living/kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for a home-cooked meal, and also includes a drip-style coffee pot, blender, and toaster. This chef's kitchen offers granite countertops, a large island with seating for 3, stainless steel appliances, an electric cookstove, and tons of cabinet space. The dining area provides seating for 9 people. Gather the family and kick back on the comfortable sofa while watching your favorite show on the 70-inch smart tv. We also provide an initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, bath soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, and dishwasher detergent.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.
Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.
