Close to shopping, dining, golf, amusement parks and St. Andrews State Park, this resort features two gulf front pools (one seasonally heated), a fitness room, a grilling area with gas & charcoal grills.
This completely renovated 6th floor unit features new kitchen cabinets with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, new bathrooms, fresh paint, and new flooring throughout. The coastal décor is a reflection of the tranquil breath-taking views of the emerald coast. Relax in the family room on the new leather sofas watching a 55” flat screen cable TV. Host a family meal at the six-person dining table. When it is time to rest, the oceanfront master suite boasts a king size bed, walk-in shower with an upgraded shower panel, quartz counter tops, a dressing area, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two queen size beds with an en-suite that is furnished with a new vanity and walk-in shower. A rollaway bed is located in the closet for additional guests. Enjoy morning coffee and spectacular sunsets from the private balcony reclined in the adirondack chairs. This spacious upscale unit has all the amenities of luxury away from home.
