This spectacular beachfront condo, is nestled directly beside Henderson Park Inn at the western most end of Scenic Highway 98. Come enjoy the peace and serenity of the Emerald Coast on our quiet uncrowded private beaches. This property sits walking distance to restaurants and is just minutes away from some of the best shopping in the area. This is the place for guests to make lasting memories at the beach!
This charming ground floor condo, unit 12, may accommodate six, and is beautifully updated with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a new washer and dryer, a 55" smart tv, and crown molding throughout! It gives you the perfect views of the ocean for your morning coffee or afternoon book reading. When you arrive at the front of the unit you walk into the hallway you will see the master bedroom to your left where you'll find a comfy and cozy king sized bed with an ensuite bathroom and attached utility area where you will see the brand new stacked washer and dryer. On the opposite of the Master Bedroom you will find the half guest bathroom.
Before entering the kitchen, there is a twin over twin bunk bed in the hallway for the kiddos.. In the kitchen you will see all stainless steel appliances and a double bowl kitchen sink. The kitchen looks out to the beautifully decorated living room, dining room, and ocean views of the Emerald Coast!
Coral Reef 12 is located so close to everything Destin has to offer. Some of Destin's finest restaurants are walking distance from your door! Shopping galore is only blocks away and by driving only a few minutes by car you will find the Destin Harbor, golf, and family recreation for all ages.
