Positive: Splendid all of it. The only negative was cigarette smoke came from the ventilation on and off from the flat above us .Told the manager when we left and she was going to address it. Lovely flat ,lovely balcony with lovely view and lovely staff. Clean and quiet in the evenings Nice ,friendly and helpful staff
Negative: Nothing except the smoke I mentioned. And laundrette didn't work that well, but that's was a separate company running that.
