This luxury beach front rental by BeachHouseFL is called the "Coquina Beachfront Villas." These Florida vacation rentals consist of 2 separate properties with 5 bedrooms total.
The main house has 3 bedrooms in which the master bedroom has 1 king bed, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the last bedroom has 1 full bed. The back property consist of a duplex with 1 bedroom with one queen bed on each side. Each bedroom in the back duplex has a full private bathroom.
Coquina beach front rentals are truly a special experience and family friendly beach rentals, comprised of two beach front rentals units on one unique and spacious property. Relax and soak up the scenery at this idyllic Indian Rocks Beach getaway which sits directly in the sand with a gorgeous view of the ocean.
Family friendly beach rentals, the 3-bedroom, two-story house, sleeps up to 6 guests and sits in front of the second house. Built in the 1920's, the unifying theme throughout, is the original hardwood trim. Coquina Florida beach front rentals features a completely redone kitchen with granite countertops, custom made cabinetry, new appliances and a breakfast bar. The living room has a functional fireplace and unobstructed views of the Gulf and also flows into the dining room. Off the living room is a private den. Lots of natural light captivate the charm of Coquina.
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, including the oversized master suite. Facing the Gulf of Mexico, the master has sweeping views from its many windows, plus a sitting area where you can unwind and experience the bliss. The sitting area also has a sleeper/sofa.
Perhaps the best feature of the property is the large lanai. This is where outdoor living captures the essence of beachfront living with cozy decor and dining area. This is where you experience the pristine views of the Gulf, mixed with the magnificent sea of pines, sea oats and other native foliage.
For those who need more privacy, Coquina Duplex Villa sits back and has two floors, each with its own private entrance. Downstairs features a full kitchen, sitting area, queen bed and full bath. Upstairs offers a sitting balcony with unobstructed views of the beach. Upstairs consists of a queen bed, shower bath and some kitchen appliances. Lots of private parking and within walking distance to many restaurants and water activities, Coquina Serenity Haven is a perfect place to unwind. Weddings and special occasions can be held with no more than 50 guests attending the event.
ADDITIONAL INFO AND DISCLOSURES:
Stays less than four nights are never allowed. Do not book for less than a week without contacting us first. March and April, June, July and some other holiday times are minimum 7 nights and typically are Saturday to Saturday. Age minimums do apply. No more then ten adults may stay at this home. We do not supply anything that is taken off the property including any coolers, floats, beach towels, chairs, etc. Liquid propane tanks for the grill can be purchased nearby.
