Positive: The owner is friendly, communication is easy and replies are fast! The apartment was clean and nice. The place had towels, bed linen, washing machine, a little balcony-patio. The places to sleep ( bedoom for a couple and a single bedroom) are separated - so there is privacy, liked that! The living room is spacious and white and the shower is fine, clean and modern👍 It's not far from the city centre, nice for an evening walk. I liked our stay, thank you!!
Negative: The kitchen has the things needed to cook and eat (fridge, kettle, the stove, outlets....) but! No salt and no sugar, that's a bit illogical:) since the person that stops for one-two days will have to buy a kilo of salt. It can also be hard to park your car nearby- but I believe that's the city's issue, not the apartment's - Icod de los vinos in general has tiny old streets and a lot of hills.
