Great home for families & groups of friends; perfect bachelorette house! This super hip, fabulous house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and sleeps up 12 (please read sleeping arrangement details). The entire house has been updated, and the main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Open floor plan provides ample seating for your entire group!
The main bedroom has one king bed, ensuite bathroom, and TV. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed with a full trundle: the room sleeps up to four, if two are sleeping in the full size trundle. Bedroom #3 sleeps six: it has two bunk beds: one is a twin over twin bunk; the other is a full over full bunk.
In each bedroom you'll find USB chargers on every bedside table & caddies on the top bunks to hold your electronic devices, eyeglasses, books, etc. All bedrooms also have ample storage, ceiling fans and/or floor fans, and plenty of coat hangers.
For your little ones, we have a high chair and a Pack 'n Play; and linens for the Pack ‘n Play.
The house is located on a residential street in sunny South Scottsdale, minutes from fabulous restaurants, bars, hiking, shopping, Spring Training, Talking Stick Resort, Top Golf, ASU, Tempe, the Phoenix Zoo, an aquarium, and Butterfly Wonderland.
GUEST SCREENINGS/VERIFICATIONS/ID'S REQUIRED:
For all confirmed reservations, a copy of each guest's ID will need to be provided within 24 hours of booking the reservation. If the reservation is confirmed fewer than 72 hours prior to check-in, ID's will need to be provided within 12 hours of booking. Additionally, you will receive an email from “Safely” to complete a city-required screening; the screening must be completed upon your receipt of it. HOUSE RULES & OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
(1)QUIET HOURS are from 10pm to 8am.
Please be mindful of anything other than quiet noise after 10pm. NOISE MONITORS are in place and will alert us to any excessive noise which is in violation of Scottsdale Ordinances. QUIET HOURS are enforced by the City, per City Ordinances; any fines issued by the City for noise violations will be billed to the guest.
(2)NO OUTSIDE GUESTS.
Allowing anyone onto the premises who is not a member of your registered group is restricted; pre-approval by host is required
(3)NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS.
Again, no outside guests are permitted without express approval from host.
(4)SECURITY CAMERAS.
As a reminder, security cameras are active at the front door, driveways & gates; cameras monitor anyone entering or exiting the house
(5)NO SMOKING.
No Smoking of any kind indoors (this includes vaping). Feel free to smoke outside, but please don't smoke in front of open doors and windows, & clean up after yourselves. If we have to mitigate smoke damage, the cleaners charge a $500 fee which will be passed on to you.
(6)No glass outdoors.
NO GLASS OR CERAMIC DINNERWARE/DRINKWARE is permitted outdoors. Plastic glasses, plates, and bowls are provided for your outdoor fun
(7)POOLS & SPAS ARE DANGEROUS.
Please never allow a child in the backyard unsupervised; the pool & the spa are not fenced
(8)DIVING & RUNNING are not permitted in and around the pool
(9)USE POOL/SPA AT YOUR OWN RISK.
By booking & paying for a reservation, guests waive all responsibility of the managers and/or property owners when using the pool and/or the spa.
(10)NO PETS ARE ALLOWED
We adore animals, but we don’t permit pets in this house
(11)CHECK-OUT is at 11am. Late check-outs will delay our cleaners and result in a $25 charge per each HALF HOUR.
(12)PLEASE DON’T TAMPER with pool equipment
(13) Absolutely NO GLITTER is to be used on the property - indoors or outdoors. Violation of this policy will result in the significant additional cleaning fees being charged to the guest.
