Master bedroom with new 2016 queen bed and flat screen TV, Second bedroom with two bunk beds (New bunk bed and mattresses 2017), and living room with new 2016 queen pull out sofa, and new kitchen counter top. New 2018 kitchen range and oven. Combo lock so guest may check in directly at the condo. New 2017 vinyl and carpeting flooring throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove /oven, , 55 inch HD new 2019 flat screen TV and 40 inch flat screen TV in main bedroom, WIFI , DVD, Balcony. New 2019 faucets in both bathrooms. Kitchen table seats eight.
ADVENTURE CENTER. Across the street from the condo on Killington Mountain. Open May 27 thru Oct 15 2017. Includes the Soaring Eagle, Beast Coaster, Skyeline Bounce, Skyeline zip , Scenic Skye Ride, and many more
Complimentary membership in Health Club (Currently closed due to covid-19 concerns) including 54 foot heated indoor swimming pool also open July and August, 2 Jacuzzi, dry cedar sauna, eucalyptus steam room, gym with weight room and cardio machines, , racquetball court, locker changing room w /showers, towel service and available massage. Also a restaurant /bar, grocery / deli market, Ski Shop with equipment rentals, vending machines and video arcade. All of these amenities are located on the resort premises, . New 2018 outdoor heated pool with sun shade and barbecue grills and picnic tables.. Opens Memorial Day weekend.

Killington Adventure Center including the Beast Mountain Coaster, Scenic Lift Rides, Skye Bounce , Skyeride, Skyeline Zip, Skyejujmp, Skye Ropes Course. and Terra-Maze, all within walking distance of the condo.

There is an indoor and an outdoor pool. The outdoor pool has been completely renovated. There is also an outdoor pool at the Killington town center which is less than six miles away There is also a boardwalk hiking trail there which leads to Thundering Brook Falls.
