MAIN LEVEL FEATURES: This practical floor plan combines the family room and gourmet kitchen into a functional open space, perfect for food, fun, and fellowship. Fully furnished gourmet kitchen comes complete with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, pots/pans, eating utensils, linens, etc., oak cabinetry, tile floor, Formica countertops, dining bar with seating for 3, also dining table with seating for 4.
Living area includes two recliner chairs with outside lake views through sliding glass doors leading onto the upper level deck. The upper level deck provides excellent views overlooking the lake and comes furnished with propane gas grill and patio chairs.
ADDITIONAL MAIN LEVEL FEATURES: The large master suite (bedroom #1) features a king-size bed, carpeting, closet, and magnificent window views of lake. Inside, you’ll enjoy an open entertainment area with fireplace, 46 inch HDTV with cable, comfortable recliners, and a sofa sleeper couch. The walkout level bedroom #3 includes a king-size bed, carpeting, and large dresser with mirror. The walkout level bathroom includes tile floor, shower/tub, vanity, and built-in cabinet. Lower level also includes two washers and dryers which are located in the utility room and provides plenty of room for extra storage.
