Come relax with us on our 2.5 acres located next to Shell Landing boat ramp in quite Reedville Va . A Perfect spot to bring your boat and the family for a great weekend on the water . Lots of local seafood (Fish n chips seafood , Fleeton point seafood ) both located on fleeton road . fishing from our dock (green light on property , 🦀 crabbing including pots gloves nets and menhaden in freezer for bait ) also pots to steam outside and in and all tools needed , local farm markets (kellums wicomico church, or Irvington ) and plant nurseries ( the new leaf ) . Local cruises to tangier leave out of Reedville regularly as well as boat tours .

Local restaurants array from the Crazy Crab it’s their 25th year !!!! Reedvile market a fancy place for a great dinner , a local breakfast and bakery favorite fawns cafe ☕️ and lead belly’s for the coldest beer around town . Town town is 40 minutes away ( Walmart , hotels foodlion ect ) and we love that not gonna lie but lots to do there to with icecream trucks the compass entertainment and movie theater .
Plus lots of gardens and beautiful homes to see on the streets of downtown Reedville . Come celebrate 150 years of this quaint American fishing village .

Summary: The dock/pier was perfect for fishing and crabbing. Very quiet area, and beautiful sunsets. The house very clean and great set up. The host is very thoughtful and quick to reply to messages. We will definitely be back again!
