Between every guest, we
1) change sheets and towels, Lysol Laundry Sanitizer Additive is added to the laundry process
2)Dust/scrub/mop and sanitize every surface including but not limited to sink, mirror, controller, shower, door lock, and floor
3)Change trash bags 4) Apply air sanitizing spray
Other Things to Note:
My HSKP will meet you at the location to give you the key.
The check-in time is from 3pm to 10pm. It may not be possible to check in after 10 p.m. Please check with us at least one day before you arrive.
Please note, checking in after 9 pm will be a $20 late check in fee.
House Rules:
- There is only one set of keys. The charge for second set of keys is CAD $50. Replacement fee for each lost key and fob is CAD $150;
- One set of towels for each guest;
- No shoes inside the accommodation;
- Keep noise to a minimum from 10 pm to 8 am;
- Please pay attention to garbage recycling;
- Pets are not allowed;
- There will be No Smoking and No Partying inside the property, including the balcony. The penalty for violation is CAD $200;
- If there are any damages or missing items, the replacement cost will be deducted from your security deposit;
- Surcharge for extra persons is CAD $20 per person per night;
- After 9 pm there will be a late check-in fee of CAD $20, payable in cash directly to the check-in person;
- There will be no check-in after 11 pm;
- Please check with us for availability of late checkout. The charge for late checkout until 5 pm is half-day accommodation fee.
