This condo offers a beautiful kitchen and a living room that opens up to the patio view of the community pool and community common area.. The large Smart TV features cable service and apps. The dining table is located close to the BBQ for those who like to grill! The kitchen features new counter-tops, new appliances and a beautiful breakfast counter. The patio features 3 burner BBQ, Fire-Pit, and outdoor dining!
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The Primary Bedroom features a king bed, large closet, ceiling fan, 50in smart TV, and views of the pool! The Guest Bedroom features a queen bed, closet, ceiling fan and a half bath.
OUTDOORS
The patio is accessible from the living and master bedroom and provides gorgeous views of the pool and common areas. The outdoor firepit is perfect for cozying up during the colder months and enjoying a glass of wine with friends or family. Enjoy catching some sun and the views! The community pool is just 50 feet from the patio! Palm Desert Resort Country Club has a regulation 18 hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, 20 pools & spas, and Clubhouse.
