Adjacent to St Andrews Golf Course, with the world class St Andrews Brewery only 2km away, you can enjoy a walk there and back after a day of wining and dining! Enjoy proximity to Peninsula Hot Springs and Alba Hot Springs, (just around the corner by car) and limitless access to wineries including the famous Point Leo Estate, Flinders Hotel, Sorrento Hotel and Portsea Hotels, all accessible within a short drive.
Cape Schanck only minutes away offers stunning access to hours of bush and seaside walking, dive in rock pools and some of the best golf courses in the country to choose from. This oasis is a peaceful and classy, well appointed beach retreat with wellness at top of mind.

Fitted with both a fireplace and reverse split-system, the open plan layout on the second floor makes the most of entertaining across all seasons. Alternatively, open the bi-fold doors to the wrap-around entertaining deck to make the most of the privacy behind the treetops or enjoy the breeze off the St Andrews beaches.

Accommodating up to 8 guests, the home includes four thought out bedrooms. The three bedrooms on the first floor all feature lavish linens and host two queens and a king bed respectively. The family bathroom on the first floor features a luxurious shower with built in spa bath. On the second floor, the parents retreat can be accessible by a private entrance and enjoys premium comforts of a king bed and ensuite. This uniquely designed, open master bedroom looks out to the trees of St Andrews, and boasts a double vanity, two showerheads and walk in robe. A powder room is also on the second floor for convenience.

Featuring room for secure off-street parking, the property sits behind remote controlled steel gates.
