Summary: The house and property are so new the grass hasn't fully grown in yet but it was the perfect size for my group of 9. Everyone had a cozy bed and with the number of bathrooms no one had to wait. We made use of the fire pit and bbq grill. It is close to beaches, farmer's market, breweries and golf...all of which we very much enjoyed during our long weekend. The only negative is the house is not on community water or sewer systems so the water smells faintly of sulphur. Also, I was worried about running out of water or overflowing the leach field with so many showers but none of that happened. Except for a problem with one drain plug in the master bath, the house functioned perfectly and is lovely! I think Sandbanks will become an annual trip for us. We'd stay here again!
