- We don't offer a maid service. It is a self catering apartment so if you make use of the kitchen please wash your dishes or load and turn on the dishwasher.

- No commercial activities are allowed without prior approval - i.e. filming.
- No smoking, vaping, candles or incense burners permitted. You must leave the premises to smoke - including our garden. Please don't dispose of butts on the ground.

- If you damage something you should inform us so we can come to a fair agreement. If we have to request money for damage through Airbnb we will request the full replacement cost.
