Our renovated (in 2019) 3-bedroom apartment features a brand new kitchen and (2) renovated bathrooms across three floors. Each of our three private bedrooms house a queen bed.
Unwind on the mid-century modern sofa in front of the 55" Roku-equipped Smart TV, mounted to non-functioning brick fireplace.
Want to get outside? We're a half-mile ( < 10 minute walk) from Downtown Bloomfield, filled with bars, restaurants, and a train station (with access to NYC / New York Penn Station).
New York City is accessible by train in about 35 minutes (via direct train) on the weekdays. On weekends takes longer as it requires a transfer to another train, or you can drive 10 minutes to catch the direct train from the Orange Train Station, which reaches the city in about 33 minutes.
The Space:
The apartment is configured in a townhouse style and is an end unit. Therefore, nobody is above or below you, but one side of the apartment is shared with the neighboring apartment.
The unit features fast and free unlimited 200mb WiFi speed and a Roku-equipped 55" flat-screen 4K TV. The house features newer flooring, new paint, an all new kitchen, and (2) updated bathrooms. We also offer (2) off-street tandem (one behind the other) parking spots in an assigned spot.
This apartment also includes a new washing machine and dryer, available in the basement (between Bedroom #3 and Bathroom #2).
*Please note: The apartment includes two staircases that are a bit steep and may present a challenge for individuals with difficulty navigating stairs as none of the bedrooms are located on the main floor.

The Neighborhood:
Located a stone's throw from Downtown Bloomfield, we are accessible to all Bloomfield has to offer. We are also a short drive from Montclair, Glen Ridge, Newark, the Oranges (West Orange, Orange, South Orange, East Orange), Livingston, the Caldwells, Nutley, and Clifton. Access to the Garden State Parkway makes navigating North Jersey quite easy.

Getting Around:
NJ Transit's Bloomfield Station is a half-mile away ( under 10 minute walk) and provides access to New York Penn Station (and much of New Jersey). On weekdays, the trains run direct into Manhattan. On weekends, the same train takes you to NYC by way of a transfer at Newark Broad Street. For a direct train on the weekend, you can also travel to the Orange Train Station (about a 10 minute drive) for a 33 minute train into NYC.
Our apartment comes with (2) off-street parking spots (a tandem parking spot). If you drive, practically every amenity you could imagine is nearby. Please be mindful of the other tenants in the building, who also use the parking lot.
For short trips or a night out, Uber/Lyft are a great option and allow you to travel freely without the worry of finding parking. Many well-regarded bars and restaurants are located nearby in Bloomfield and Montclair.
Newark is also very accessible by train, car, or bus (though the bus system can be a bit complicated).

Please note that, while renovated, this is still an older home (built over 100 years ago). As such, you may notice some imperfections. We like to think of them as added character! :)
Please, no parties. Excessive noise after 10pm will not be tolerated. Please respect our neighbors.
