Must be 25 years of age to rent. NO PARTIES!! Located 30 mins from Ottawa this cottage is situated in the quiet waterside community of Constance Bay. A former year round home this cottage has everything you could possibly need to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cottage is a short walk to the local store with LCBO outlet, two restaurants, Legion Branch 616 and local community centre. The Ottawa river located right outside the back door and offers great boating and fishing featuring Bass, Pike, Pikeral, Walleye, Muskie and more . The cottage features 4 bedrooms ( 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs) and a pull out couch in the family room and can sleep 10 comfortably. It has two full baths , high speed internet, satellite TV , a fully fenced in back yard , kayak, canoe ,paddle boat, hot tub and plenty of parking. All you have to do is show up. All linen, towels, cutlery, plates, cooking utensils, small supply of board games and all you need to do is bring yourself and your food, your beverages and anything else you think you might need or require.
