Summary: The view from this home is beautiful, so much so that we didn't want to leave. The amenities in the home left nothing to be desired. There were various pots and pans for cooking, spices in the cupboard and plenty of dishes for entertaining. There is also a crock pot and wine fridge. Watching movies from Netflix, Prime or YouTube TV was also no issue. Moving on to the rest of the house, the entry level has the kitchen, a living room, full bath and two bedrooms. Every room has a smart tv, sound bar and adequate plugs for plugging in USB devices. The lower level features a set of bunk beds, a sleeper sofa, an electronic game console, as well as many board games to choose from. The upper level is where the primary bedroom is located. In going up the stairs there is a loft work area, in case you need to take any calls, where there is a video/audio monitor capability, you only need to plug in. The wi-fi is great, we had no connection issues. In the primary bath you have a very modern tub and shower with a huge double vanity. There is also a very nice balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Every level of this home has the million-dollar views, and the main level also has a large hot tub that shares the same view. The Welcome Book also has very useful information; especially helpful were the local eateries, such as Conifer Cafe, which was fantastic. On our 2nd day we had 12 inches of snow and were essentially snowed in, but the owner sent over a company the next morning to plow the driveway, which allowed us to exit the property and go do different things. The roads are plowed as needed. We were super impressed with how the county maintained the roads. We even took a day trip to Breckenridge to go snow skiing. Our family had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be back. The property was immaculate and had all of the amenities you'd expect. Nice touches were the Q-tips, full laundry for washing your clothes and adequate cleaning supplies. My family and I will definitely be back...
