Summary: The hotel is new and situated in a good location. However, the management needs improvement. The smart check-in system is not efficient, causing customers to stand and wait in a narrow area. Additionally, the waitress in the restaurant did not show respect towards Asian customers. Lastly, the room cleaning service does not clean the rooms every day.
