Positive: Well for starters we didnt stay where we were initially supposed to. And we were charged a higher rate . When we got there the Brisas were closed and the receptionist had to call around to find us a place . So i didnt get the experience i was promised at the Brisas because we stayed at the Tortugas 2 ?
Negative: We were charged the rent / Stay there . A personal came and said she was collecting the rent . That's when we confirmed we were at the wrong Condo> Although the place was very comfortable and beautiful it felt abandoned.
Summary: Very uneasy and confused thru the whole experience.
