The other listing numbers 818994, 677535 and 293238 988292 and 1069563,1209891. The King suites are located on the 16th,19th,20th and 12th floors. The other is a suites are located on the 9th and 10th floor. The king suites have a king bed and kitchenette. The suite has a queen bed, sleeper sofa and kitchenette. This unit has a king bed and a kitchenette. Located on the pool level. Walk out your door and the pool, fitness center and restaurant are right there. This condo hotel offers comes with amenities of a luxury hotel resort such as a fabulous pool with water features that overlook the ocean and a state of the art fitness center and spa, shops and restaurants. The newest restaurant is S3 and is located on the first floor. The other restaurant Illios is located on the 6th floor. The Q Club is located within walking distance of the art district, shopping, entertainment,boutiques,restaurants,lounges,night spots,cinemas and Las Olas Boulevard. Located next to the W Hotel.
The rooms are elegantly decorated with king beds, contemporary decor, with kitchenette, deep soaking tub with whirlpool spa and ocean view balcony seating. With 533-586 square feet of spacious accommodations. Each unit has upscale modern comforts,European custom cabinetry, microwave,two burner stove cook-top,mini fridge and kitchen sink. Your stay will be a memorable one at a discounted rate. 5 night minimum. Wifi available. 60 day notice to cancel reservation. Free street parking 2-3 blocks around the building

-There is no Resort Fee for my guests
-Parking is not included but free street parking can be found 2-4 blocks around the building along with discounted parking. I recommend not bringing a car. It is cheaper to either Uber or rent a car on the actual day its required.
-Daily housekeeping is not provided. We setup with enough fresh towels for your stay
-Late checkout/early check-in cannot be provided as we are fully booked throughout the year and there is always a guest arriving or leaving on your day of arrival or departure and we need time to service the unit between
-The building does not provide room service to our units in order to make a distinction between their units and ours. There is construction in the area next to the building.
