Playa de Oro International Airport (Aeropuerto Internacional Playa de Oro), is located inManzanillo Colima Mexico. Rental car booths outside the Arrival area, will allow you the freedom of driving a short 40 minute drive, to Galapagos. You can pre book cars ahead of time, to ensure a vehicle is available for you. (Taxis are also available). It is located directly on Playa la Audiencia Manzanillo, next to the Tesoro All Inclusive Resort. One of the few condos that are beach front, steps away for a swim in the warm ocean. Galapagos is a 24/7 fully secured, gated complex. Your condo stay includes 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, full kitchen including microwave and Keurig coffee station, living room, dining area, laundry facilities and huge outdoor patio which is fully furnished. Air conditioning in every room, as well as TV's with Netflix and IPTV with over 3000 channels. Free WIFI will help you keep connected to family, friends or work. There is an on site restaurant, on the ground level, with a personal chef, open Tuesday to Sunday 9 till 5, for which you pay as you eat. There are 2 pools which also include a kiddie pool area with a water òslide. Private roped off beach area is available down below, with tables and lounging chairs, all steps away from the building.
If you like to venture outside of the gated community, there are lots of things to see and do. Las Hadas Resort has a golf course nearby. There are water sports or party boats to take part in, down the beach at the Tesoro and also excursions.
Manzanillo has Americanized amenities nearby, including Walmart, Sam's Club, Starbucks, Burger King, Home Depot, to name a few.
There are many restaurants to savour the authentic Mexican cuisine as well.
