Just across the road, on a great corner lot, from a boardwalk beach access is our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom with a loft. It is completely remodeled like new this year with all new appliances. Updated decor and furniture. It has 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, 2 Twin Beds, and 2 Sleeper Sofas. There are flat screen TVs and ceiling fans in every room. WIFI and cable are available. Relaxing private pool with lounge chairs. Private outdoor shower with hot and cold water to wash the sand away after a fun day at the beach. There is a huge deck on the front facing the gulf with beautiful view of the ocean. Screened in porch off the living room. Brand new 6 seater golf cart, kayaks, and bicycles on premises for you to use. Cement patio with 2 grills and outside sink for fish cleaning. Beach chairs for use. There is plenty of cement parking. There is an air compressor on site for beach toys. This house is strictly non-smoking inside. We ask if you smoke outside please clean up behind yourself. This is a non-pet home. Linens Provided.
