Open kitchen with newer appliances & breakfast bar for 4. Dining table seats 6. Even a Sub Zero Fresh Ice Maker in the chic Wet Bar! 16-inch tile everywhere. Corian counter-tops throughout. Living room has New sofa (2024) sleeps 2, 65" Samsung QLED smartTV & 2 Casablanca fans w/lights. 16 foot wall of mirror to see beach. Hair dryers in each bathroom. Washer & dryer in unit. Summary: A few things were broken , it is very dated and could definitely use some upgrades ,, location was fine and considering I booked last minute and accommodations were available I want to express my appreciation for that.
