The fully renovated kitchen has been updated with quartz countertops and thoughtfully equipped with all the cook's kitchen tools you'll need to make your stay easy and convenient. Both bathrooms have been modernized with quartz counters, tile and new fixtures. The living spaces are bright, colorful and clean with crisp white woodwork and a color palette of sunshine yellow, green and mango; the furnishings are comfortable and inviting. The master bedroom with green and blue island decor, features a brand new king bed and flat screen TV. The guest bedroom, decorated with a coral sealife motif, has twin beds and a flat screen TV. A cozy den has room for just two twin beds and a small nightstand in a charming blue nautical theme.
*The owners have provided many extra amenities for your enjoyment* -- free WiFi, new flat screen TV featuring HDTV with cable, beach chairs, umbrellas and toys, a paperback library, cookbooks, games, puzzles, 100+ DVD collection, and a reference library to help explore the island's extensive wildlife and plants. The Compass Point property offers a heated pool, 1 tennis court, 1 pickle ball court, 1/2 court basketball, shuffleboard and BBQ grills.
