Compass Point Unit #123: This beautiful top floor penthouse, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom/den condo, has stunning beach front views with a private roof top sundeck and was completely remodeled in 2014. Decorated for the beach in colors of greens, beige, sunset orange and has new tile flooring, new plush carpeting, crown molding and recess lighting throughout. The kitchen has all new cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. Both bathrooms have spacious walk-in showers with built in bench and upgraded tile features, new granite top vanities and all new linens. The Master bedroom has a king sized bed and flat screen HD TV with DVR. The Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and flat screen TV with HD. The den has 2 twin beds, flat screen TV with HD and closes off for privacy. The living room has large flat screen HD TV with DVR features and DVD player, a CD player and wireless internet. Owner provides beach chairs and beach umbrella for your convenience. No pets or smoking allowed per the condo association.
