Positive: So spacious feels like in ur own home. I dont know whether its new or not but the property is well maintained. Looks brand new. Near 711. nakakaruizawa station only 10mins walking amd also near harunire terrace.
Negative: Position of the air condition is directly towards the bed. But its not too bothering.
