Positive: Decorated ok
Negative: Not notified of alarm testing and could not sleep. Bathroom and other rugs were filthy....didn't even want to step in them coming out of shower. Toilets not cleaned under rims.....black stuff dropping down. Entrance is extremely difficult. There are much easier locks out there.
